Order method:

  1. You can view our website, choose one of the offered packages, complete the required information, and choose one of the many payment methods.
  2. If you have a special request that is not on the site, contact us via WhatsApp to implement it (00966500666764).
  3. When the representative receives the order, the orders will be delivered within the specified period chosen by you:
  • From 9 am to 1 pm with advance reservation, one working day. On Friday morning the store is closed.
  • 5pm to 10pm every day.

4. The deadline for receiving daily orders is 9 pm.


Cancellation and refund:

  1. Cancellations of requests are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the request, and if the request is made on the same day, the cancellation is accepted before it is executed.
  2. The amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days of canceling the order.
  3. If the request is refused by the recipient after it has been executed:
  • No refund of the package value due to its implementation.
  • In the event that the order does not go out for delivery, the receiving location can be changed free of charge.
  • In the event that the representative arrives at the recipient’s address and the package is refused or the location is changed, an additional 35 riyals will be charged for delivery fees.


How to cancel or exchange your order?

You must do the following in case you want to cancel or replace the order:

  1. Contact customer service on the number via WhatsApp (00966500666764).
  2. Send your order number and your desire to return the amount and cancel the order with the reason.
  3. The amount will be returned to your account within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of the return or cancellation request.

Peony Flowers guarantees to provide the best possible bouquet, and our florists may replace some of the arrangements in your bouquet due to the natural conditions that the roses go through from a difference in the color or shape imported by us.

We promise to always do our best to match the image shown, and any replacement made will be same to the original design and of equal or greater value.
